All animals are sold as-is based on availability, size, and appearance.

Eligibility to Purchase

You must:

• Be 18+ or have parental consent

• Provide a valid Canadian shipping address

• Understand the care requirements of the animals you buy

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Live Animal Policy

By purchasing live animals, you agree:

• Orders ship with insulation and heat packs when needed

• We only ship when temps are above 2°C

• We are not responsible for transit delays

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping

• Live animals cannot be returned

• Refunds issued only under our DOA policy (photo proof required within 2 hours)

Non-living items may be returned within 7 days. Contact us to start a return.

• We may adjust prices anytime

• Payments processed via Shopify or trusted gateways

Shipping & Risk

• We only ship within Canada

• Risk transfers to you once marked delivered
